Cancellation Policy
At Lake Paws, we understand that schedules can change, and we strive to accommodate all our clients' needs. To provide the best service possible, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please call at least 48 hours before your session to avoid fees and ensure we can arrange a new time that works for you.
